The Sentinel Prepaid Milk Program allows you to save on your child's milk purchases through the vending machines at participating schools. 

This prepaid milk vending program is sponsored by local dairies, school boards and community groups. You purchase milk credits at discounted prices and the credits are traded for 1/2 pints of milk at the vending machine.

Your child uses their Sentinel Milk Card to purchase (no money is used in the milk vending machine) a 1/2 pint of milk. 

NOTE: The Sentinel Milk Program is not the same as the USDA Milk Program.
Vend Sentinel does have integration with this federal program in participating schools.

How a Sentinel Prepaid Milk Program works...

You purchase milk credits ahead of time which allows suppliers and operators and sponsors to establish a discounted price because they know ahead of time how much milk will be consumed over a period of time. This reduces spoilage and the reduced spoilage savings are passed on to you and your child.

You purchase milk credits by submitting payment for the discounted milk by check or credit card to the school or vending machine operator.

Your child uses their Sentinel Milk Card or their personal PIN number to purchase a 1/2 pint of milk from the vending machine.

• Vend Sentinel milk vending program allows you view the milk purchased by your child right on the internet. 
• The date and time is on every purchase record.
• Vend Sentinel can limit the purchase to one or two milks a day.
• Replenish milk credits automatically
• Receive an email when your child's milk credits are getting low.
